Daily Duties at Cs&Ns /Business Research:
•Delivering innovative technical support of the highest quality. •Installation of data communication racks, patch panels, & cable management. •Installation of HP/ CISCO switches & routers. •Experienced in running, termination of category 5 and 6 cable. •Install, maintain & troubleshoot local area network (LAN) including all hardware , peripherals, terminals, network nodes, routers and wiring. •Analyzed management needs regarding use of integrated data processing equipment or operations. User access & security. •Performed problem resolution & provides on - call support for computer/network systems. •Planned, coordinated, & schedules investigations, feasibility studies and surveys, •Including economic evaluation of proposed & existing automatic data processing & machine applications. •Designed & implemented integrated hardware & software computer & information systems to meet organizational requirements. •Prepared on - line & hard copy documentation of systems & user applications. •Participated in budget planning, implementation, & monitoring for purchase & maintenance of hardware / software. •Possess a high level of organization, interpersonal skills, communication & follow through on assignment.
