Daily Duties at St. Clair Hospital :
Responsibilities include: data analysis utilizing Excel (pivot tables), Word and Crystal Reporting while providing results to the CFO, senior management team, regulatory agencies, as well as auditors; daily supervision of 30 employees; biweekly review of budget variances; monthly quality and productivity audits; yearly budget preparation; ongoing evaluation / redesign of departmental processes. Applications utilized Sunrise Clinical Manager, AMPFM, CHARMS, Dictaphone and eScription. Active member on the Policy Review Committee, as well as the TNM form committee. Serve as a Toyota Ambassador promoting the LEAN methodology throughout the facility.
