Daily Duties at Drh Cambridge Homes:
Oversaw the construction of 6,000 residential homesites, in 14 different communities. Negotiated contracts, selected trades, and was accountable for development budgets exceeding $100M. Managed the professional consultants involved in the preparation and government approval process of residential housing development plans and permits. Delivered public hearing presentations for zoning approval and project entitlement. Coordinated highway design plans, permits, and construction with IDOT and LCDOT. Worked with an internal management team consisting of members of the Land Acquisition, Legal, Operations, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and MIS departments to coordinate development activities and critical path scheduling.
