Recruited by company principals to create and manage a 5-person site development engineering team. Was involved in the hiring, training, and career devlopment of key team members. Involved in the civil engineering design of over 400 acres. Responsible for expanding existing client base. Assisted with Village Engineer responsibilities for the Village of Pingree Grove, IL, during a time of massive growth and development (from a population of 150 people to over 10,000). Helped manage the design-build construction of a 1 million gallon a day water and wastewater treatment facility, 2 deep wells, a 1 million gallon water tower, 125 acres of spray irrigation, and miles of related effluent transmission main.
