Lead and manage multiple fast track projects ranging from construction, capital equipment, MRO sourcing and procurement with spend over $50M across various industry like CPG, Food Industry, Manufacturing, Automobile etc Manage client stakeholder-vendor relationships and communication throughout and beyond sourcing events. Conduct effective project management tasks using tools that enhance proper milestone tracking and calibration customized to meet client standards. Create and manage long term capital strategies for the client’s capital spend.
