Daily Duties at Farmers Insurance:
Supervised assigned claims team in all aspects of Workers Compensation claim handling and personnel management. Conducted case reviews and evaluations of team performance by continuous review of Quality Assurance audits, claim statistics, open and closed file evaluations and re-inspection and observation of activities in the field and office. Reviewed the settlement and day-to-day activity of my team and the Field Claims Office to ensure fiscally-sound claim handling practices and excellence in custormer service.
