taught patients disease processes/diagnosis/medication understanding,woundcare management,venipunctures/lab follow-up,IV/enteral therapy,catheter management,ostomy cares,interdisciplinary referrals,chart QA reviews,team conferences,case managed 25-30 adult patients careplans from admission to discharge so patients could manage their own healthcare at home
