Daily Duties at Bollhoff Rivnut® Engineered Products:
- Responsible for work assignments in the Production Department: 82 production people, 5 people in the Engineering Department and 6 people in the Maintenance Department. - Hands on machine experience with National and Waterbury Headers. - Responsible for analyzing and resolving manufacturing problems. - Responsible for the designing of new products. - Responsible for employee evaluations. - Assist in the development of QS 9000. - Responsible for selecting and procuring all manufacturing equipment. - Responsible for purchasing direct materials for the plant supply. - Directs the Scheduling, Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Purchasing supervisors or personnel. - Assisted in the development of the QS9000 program. - Responsible for tracking, monitoring and analyzing production performance and reporting results in terms of productivity, quality, shipping inventory, backlog and past dues.
