Staff nurse on Progressive Care Unit, a critical care unit. Delegated withing scopes of practice to licensed vocational nurses and certified nursing assistants. Performed initial and follow up shift assessments. Perform professional nursing skills and activate Rapid Response when necessary, call codes when necessary.
