Daily Duties at Vance Brothers, Inc.:

• manage the Development from r&d for new products for customers and the recycling of old materials to reduce cost of production in the petrochemical plant (emulsions, cutbacks and AC bases). • Increase sales by meeting and exceeding customer demands and connecting them to the correct sales people by insuring customer's expectations and developing a new plant to handle a new market nick of polymerized asphalt base for hwy's and race tracks. • Responsible for Creating one of the few AMRL certified labs in the country for AASHTO certification of performance grade products thus reducing the time of sending out samples to be tested and cost, which typically takes a week and we reduced it to 36 hours. • Train supervisors and teams on new production processes and with the new plant production, rail and transportation Dept.Of Trans. laws. • Maintained the supply structure of raw materials to the plant production process and day to day production scheduling and workforce needed for the daily sales contracts that are made and submitted to the plant operations for sales.
