Analyzed, assessed, and implemented current and emerging joint doctrine, Tactics-Techniques-Procedures, experimental concepts, equipment, and systems in a modeling and simulation (M&S) environment. Performed a range of duties pertaining to the engineering of M&S, to include: M&S command-control-communications-computers experiment design, lead and implementation, lab configuration, and the analysis of M&S operations. Duties included training and operation of the JSAF, JMedSAF, JCATS, and the STK simulations. Served as an action officer in 15 joint experimentation exercises and 8 limited objectives experiments, identifying problems and solutions and providing recommendations for enhancements. Assisted in the development of specific tools for joint experiments and exercises. Authored the 2002 Millennium Challenge (MC02)Models and Simulations document (first of it’s kind), identifying all the participating M&S systems and providing a description of their function and role in MC02.
