Daily Duties at International Business Machines, Inc.:

Promoted to Account Manager for the IBM Center for e-business Innovation in New York City. This was a new business entity for IBM and was created to capitalize on the demand for commercial websites in the US from financial services fims and other businesses based in the NYC metropolitan area. Develop and manage business partner and senior level customer relationships for e-commerce solutions. Responsibilities included business development, project status reporting, financial analysis and resource management. Manage a large and diverse group of designers, architects, analysts and programmers on several broad-scale internet/multimedia solutions through the entire project lifecycle process including analysis, funding, requirements gathering, design, quality assurance testing, implementation, and training.
