Daily Duties at Moody's Investors Service:

Deliver IT and business-sponsored strategic initiatives and lead integration efforts associated with current and future acquisitions as well as other Moody large-scale business changes such as re-organizations, divestitures and regulatory actions. Develop and execute integration strategies and post-closure integration plans for acquisition targets. Advise Moody's executives on benefits and implications of the approach taken with respect to the technology portion of an acquisition project. Facilitate technology due diligence on potential acquisition targets through participation on cross-functional teams and technology assessments. Manage major ID transformation projects and strategic initiatives that delivered significant top-line and bottom-line results. Support IT governance by preparing presentations for senior management and the Moody’s Board of Directors. Support IT governance by preparing presentations and minutes for the IT Executive Council. Assist, support, influence and facilitate executive decision-making. Representcompany's interests in pre and post integration acquisition work. Develop checklists, toolkits and standard internal guidelines for integration efforts in a Playbook format. Partner and collaborate with the integration leads of other staff functions. Develop and conduct post-acquisition performance analyses.
