Booke all aspect of personal and business travel needs. ie. air / car / hotel / cruise etc Maintain repeat clients Follow up within 24 hours if client did not book immediatley. Followo up within 3 days of return of trip Sent out or phoned with yearly vacation reminders and offered any new services
