Daily Duties at Liberty Travel:

Booking all aspects of personal and business travel.ie. air / car / hotel / cruise followed up on all leads within 24 hours if client did not book immediatley Phoned yearly to remind client that if they need anything in regards to travel needs to keep us in mind. Focus on maintaining repeat clients Maintained and retained profits on all files booked. Followed up with a call and a thank you card withing 3 days of return trip. Matched client with correct needs by asking questions to find out information needed
