Daily Duties at Office Of The Budget, Commonwealth Of Pennsylvania :
• Fiscal policy planning and budget analysis for the Departments of Education, State, Transportation, Military and Veterans Affairs, all criminal justice agencies and Executive Offices. • Developed, analyzed and drafted program revision requests for these agencies for inclusion in the Executive Budget. • Made regular presentations to the governor for agencies under my responsibility. Represented the Budget Office on the development of a $230 million statewide wireless communications system, on the Integrated Justice Leadership Committee, Local Government Commission Task Force on municipal police services and on the Criminal Justice Interagency Population Projection Committee. • Developed revenue estimates for programs such as state and county parole supervision fees. • Chaired basic educational finance discussion group for regional conference of the National Association of State Budget Officers.
