• Managed of a staff of six, administering the operation of the Statewide Public Service Radio System – the largest public service radio system in the US with a $12 million annual budget. • Responsible for contract management, budget development, FAA/FCC regulation compliance, user liaison, database management, data backhaul, electrical and wire-line connectivity to sites. • Responsible for agency and user interface, radio fleet mapping, contracting and billing, and for hiring and personnel matters. • Responsible for contract management, budget development and implementation of the $222 million capital and $2.4 million operating budgets. • Prepared budget requests, cash flow statements and program revision requests. • Negotiated contracts and liaised with vendors to ensure adherence to contract billing procedures and inventory requirements. • Successfully implemented vendor connectivity and operations with enterprise software to enable vendors to bill electronically and provide storage for documentation. • Responsible for the management and operation of the Radio Project Office’s central pieces of enterprise software and hardware – Primavera P3 and Expedition. • Managed and administered contracts relating to capital and operating expenditures of the Statewide Public Service Radio System. • Developed and managed budgets for Enterprise Projects including the Justice Network (JNET) Management of both capital and operating budgets through SAP. • Experienced in the use of SAP for the management of billings, budgets and capital funds
