• Report to the Secretary of Corrections on matters of recidivism, security threats and inmate misconduct. • Developed and analyzed data gathered from the Commonwealth’s correctional institutions and boot camp. Data used to monitor and summarize activities at each institution. • Expanded recidivism reports to include predictive measures and trend analysis. • Prepared monthly reports to the Secretary of Corrections and institutional management on inmate drug testing and inmate misconducts and quarterly reports evaluating on the system’s mental health services.
