Daily Duties at Qwest Communications:
Functioned as technical support to 500 call center employees and 100 retail stores, as well as assumed HR responsibilities, which included new hire training and continuing education, one-on-one training/employee development, and weekly meetings coordination. Directed front line call center employees when resolving complex technical product and process questions. Immediately identified trends through analysis and recommended improvements to processes. Assessed supervisors, trainers, and process teams’ performance, and provided feedback to enhance business unit customer operations.
