Daily Duties at Champs Sports:
• Oversaw all aspects of store operation and administrative functions. • Was Market Leader for Spokane and Seattle areas. • Provided training and development for Assistant Managers within regional markets. • In charge of assisting with all audits and inventory control. • Traveled to multiple area stores on a weekly basis, helping set their sales floor displays and adjust inventory. • Maintained all paperwork for the store including all personnel files. • Consistently lead the district in sales goals, budgets, and controllable metrics for the store. • District Rookie of the year 2005. District Manager of the year 2006 and had the number one ‘dollar and percent gain’ within Foot Locker Incorporated. • One percent Shrink Club nine of my ten years working for Champs.
