-Met with end users firsthand to run and evaluate test tools and/or solve problems involving high speed machining or general cutting tool applications -Assessed tool claims from end users, determined cause of failure, and took subsequent actions -Answered technical calls from end users regarding various cutting tool applications -Managed trial tool accounts and validated trial tool data from OSG salesmen -Led project for purchase of visual inspection equipment for engineering and marketing department
