-Using Unigraphix NX 4.0, modeled and designed various sheetmetal parts and sub-assemblies for streetsweepers. -Designed various parts (sheetmetal, fittings, plastic moldings, etc.) in ProE/Wildfire. -Collaborated with customer daily at manufacturing site to flush out sheetmetal design details/issues. -Detailed numerous parts in ProEngineer Wildfire 3.0 and Unigraphics NX. -Integrated new model files and drawings into customer document management systems. -Used myriad of collaboration tools including SIFT, Windchill, WebEx, etc.
