Daily Duties at The Women's Shelter:
Responsible for the operations and strategic management of the SURVIVE Program and later promoted to overseeing the Clinical Core program as well. Maintained two Coordinator positions while covering as an adjunct faculty as part of a grant requirement, at the Regional Police Academy. Provided crisis intervention counseling for victims of family violence in connection with four hospitals and twenty county law enforcement agencies in Tarrant County. Development of all programs including budgets, statistical research, marketing, and community relations for the SURVIVE program
