Daily Duties at Westwood College:
Responsible for the Institute of Healthcare programs: Medical Assisting and Insurance Coding and Billing. Academic oversight included redesigned the curriculum, creating performance instruments for instructor strength, coaching and support for faculty as well as a process for analyzing student evaluation feedback. Assessed and identified faculty needs and implemented professional development standards and measurable for performance observations. Organized and managed faculty term based and annual reviews of faculty in an effort to improve the teaching team as well as enhance the classroom experience. Initiated the program faculty professional development program at the campus level. Promoted to Director of Student Services in January 2007.
