Member of executive team focused on building an aggressive two year strategic and operational growth plan for the Student Services Department within Academics. Introduced operating plan strategies, objectives, and measurable with reporting processes to assess growth and quality of experience. Involved in all academic operations that elevated Student Services Team into a stand-alone department while creating an infrastructure, operating manual and specialized training program for department. Experience with ACICS accreditation.
