Prepare bid documentation(including specifications and design drawings)Provide pre-bid walk through,provide pre-award meetings,provide pre-constrcution meetings with prime contractors and client, worked with client and subcontractors to provide site logistics prior to construction, Supervised and inspected daily work. Write proposal requests and change orders, maintaine submittal documentation and reviewed against specifications for design complience. Follow up with design issues and coordinated with design team to solve issues in a timely manner. Follow up with close out documentation and reviewed for design complience. Set and maintain client expectations and sought to increase client satisfaction. At the completion of project provided final walk-thru with client and signed close out documents.
