Daily Duties at Beys Specialty:

Maintain a secure site, maintain OHSA regulations, supervise multi-trade work, coordinate with the school priciple, custodian and the school construction Authority. Documented daily work, provide manpower reports, write RFI's and reviewed subcontractor proposals prior to submission to the School Construction AuthorityCoordinated work activities prior to required School Construction Authority inspections, Worked with OSHA inspectors to maintain safe work site, Coordinated and worked with Architects and design engineers for building additions, re-design and engineering/architectual issues. Coordinated asbestos abatement work prior to constrcution.
