Daily Duties at Preferred Financial Solutions:
• Developed one of the first and largest federally compliant “Debt Settlement” companies in the country currently in its 12th year of servicing financially distressed consumers. • Responsible for hiring, firing, and trained sales teams in Indianapolis and Chicago sales offices. • Prepared and attended quarterly board material and presented updates on sales and marketing activity of corporate and satellite offices. • Managed daily office and sales activity of 75 sales representatives and 6 reporting department heads. • Managed a multi-million dollar marketing budget to contribute to company’s annual growth. • Designed and developed company website and all marketing material. Continued to manage, design, and develop marketing material through several industry changes. • Key contributor to the design and development of the company’s lead tracking, employee progress, and consumer enrollment program called CAMS – Contact & Accounting Management System.
