Daily Duties at The Jensen Group, A Div. Of Tmbg, Inc:
• Approve branch expenditures, analyze budget to actual expenses, and oversee cash management of the branch. • Maintain the primary relationships with third parties, ensuring revenues are received in a timely manner and revenues received match demands submitted. • Regularly audit files for regulatory violations and disclosure omissions. • Supervise office staff, hold planning meetings, and oversee routine day to day operations of the branch. • Manage the profitability of the branch by calculating commission revenues and tracking the gross profit percentage by transaction. • Oversee compliance within the branch with federal and state laws and regulations. • Analyze client financial information, including tax returns, income statements and balance sheets, to assess risk and credit worthiness. • Organize and present seminars for prospective clients and networking partners.
