Direct all aspects of design, development and execution of all national promotions for FedEx retail locations. Collaborate with product team on all in-store collateral, promotional offers and sweepstakes. Leverage mix of prior agency and retail experience in creation of external advertising, to include newspaper, TV, email marketing and online search. Partner with other FedEx operating companies in development of customer events such as NFL Open Houses and PGA Golf Hospitality to increase revenue spend and maximize results.
