Daily Duties at Department Of Transportation:
• Served as the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) GAO/OIG Audit (Coordinator) Liaison; • Provided analysis relevant to process improvement efforts, impact, outcome, cost benefit program evaluations and analyses; • Provided contacts for GAO/OIG with various FTA program officials; • Coordinates and participates in meetings between FTA and GAO/OIG, representing FTA’s position; • Provided updates and maintains Audit Tracking System; • Provided weekly OIG Hotline Reports to the Supervisor; • Revised FTA GAO/OIG Order to ensure consistency with the current process and procedures; • Responded to requests for oral information/written documentation in a timely manner; • Acted as the liaison for all program plan issues including setting priorities and monitoring of approved funding; • Implemented and monitored the status of all active program plan request and approved projects, including funding requests, obligations, and balances; • Coordinated and develops the status reports for Strategic Business Plan monthly;
