Daily Duties at Department Of Transportation:
• Developed extensive criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of program compliance with GPRA and President's Management Agenda, OMB, and OIG/GAO; Maintained Transit Benefit Program records for FTA; • Assisted the FTA Administrative Contacts in the preparation of purchase orders for the new upcoming fiscal year, obligating, deobligating, modification of funds for the Transit Benefit Program which includes consulting with contract specialist; • Provided a monthly accounting of the funds expended/remaining for the Transit Benefit Program;• Reviewed, coordinated, evaluated, prepared, and/or responded to routine or ad hoc actions initiated within DOT, FTA, the Office of Management Planning and/or the Office of Administration which included providing assistance for space planning and; • Coordinated/prepared responses for the Freedom of Information Act requests; • Identified and measured program accomplishments; • Served as the expert authority on comprehensive analytical management studies and research; • Served as expert authority on strategic planning, performance measurement, operational reviews and improvement;
