Daily Duties at Willis:
•Managed multiple ongoing client relationships: coordinated all aspects of employee health and welfare benefits and program analysis, implementation of new plans, benefit changes and on-boarding of new clients, development of employee communication materials and ongoing vendor management. •Interfaced directly with all client contacts by telephone, email, web conferences and in person meetings. •Financial analysis using pre-established formats, as well as produced as-hoc analyses as required by clients. •Counseled clients on short term and medium term strategic planning. •Negotiated directly with insurance carriers /vendors and functioned as liaison between the carriers and the client for on going service issues.
