•Managed relationships with all producers nationwide, schools and Third Party Administrators. Worked with all intermediaries to develop effective client retention strategies. •Initiated, prepared and presented annual stewardship reports and led strategic planning sessions for all existing and new clients who generated more than $500,000 in annual premium. •Established strategic programs to refocus and reinvigorate producers and internal staff to meet selected sales goals, including development of new strategies to fit a changing financial landscape.
