Daily Duties at Man Tech Intl.:
Site Manager responsible for the technical operations of the CECOM LCMC Regional Support Center in Baghdad. Responsible for planning, technically directing, and evaluating projects and coordinating the efforts of Senior System Specialists and Engineering Technicians with other outside organizations to successfully accomplish contract requirements. Responsible for preparing technical presentations on complex concepts and systems, then briefing senior government officials to include ManTech Program Managers, Project Leaders and government officials. Responsible for implementing and coordinating policies and programs covering all areas of IEW maintenance and systems integration and analyzing their implementation and insuring that they meet the client’s schedules. Responsible for the day-to-day coordination and administration of tasks by ensuring quality and productivity standards are maintained and that all activities are carried out in accordance to project commitments. Works with project managers and/or clients to prepare work schedules and man-hour estimates. Responsible for the proper training of subordinates, assigning and reviewing performance, performance evaluations, maintaining record of changes, informing all team members of said changes, ensuring completion of administrative reporting, assisting in the writing of technical manuals and other documentation and the status and task management reports for the area of responsibility.
