Daily Duties at Gentiva :
• Responsibilities included but not limited to presenting organization programs/services to hospitals, nursing homes and Medical Practices. • Interfaced with a Multi-disciplinary team to promote higher standards and quality of care for recipient. • Position entails planning, organizing, and reporting. • Reduced acute care hospitalization with the use of Gentiva’s Cardio-Pulmonary program.
