Daily Duties at Bi Lo:

When not busy stand at front of register to identify customers who need to be checked out. If doing another task and see a customer is ready to check out, immediately stop what you are doing and invite the next customer in line to your line. Ask the customer immediately if he/she found everything. Ask the customer for his/her Bonuscard. When you notice the Front-End has three people in line, call a manager. Use proper intercom etiquette. Bag groceries properly and ask the customer if he/she wants carry out service.
