Reported directly to the president of the company. Served as HR manager and Office Manager to start up and operate California sister factory in the Kikuchi Group. Promoted to Deputy Director of human resources and administration as an expatriate by Kikuchi Kogyo to oversee the human resources of all locations as a result of numerous successes and accomplishments.
