Daily Duties at Adt Security Services:

• Responsible for 28 field service technicians including scheduling, parts inventory and first time resolutions to all customers • Ensure Service Coordinators maintain the proper flow of work orders including direct contact with all customers awaiting service • Preserve customer satisfaction by correcting issues on the first visit • Responsible for keeping mean-time repair under five (5) days • In charge of off-site bridging station • Conduct field visits to both service technicians and active customer base to ensure complete customer service • Responsible for hiring and disciplinary actions within the service department and bargaining unit • Work directly with area manager to maintain service delivery while remaining within approved budget by daily and monthly review of reports
