Responsible for overall operations of the store. This involves food preparation, supervising kitchen and dining room operations as well as accommodating guests on a daily basis. Responsibilities also include daily financial reports, weekly scheduling, the ordering of food and hiring and developing of all associates.Ensured every guests had a world class experience.
