Represent company throughout the NY Metro Market in community, professional and regulatory meetings; Plan and administer service programs, operational systems and fiscal controls within budgetary guidelines; Monitor operations with recommendations improvements to governing bodies; Redesign and brand company through creation of website, corporate logo, marketing material and creation of updated Policy and Procedure Manual. Responsible for achievement of net revenue growth.
