Create and facilitate an efficient procedures and protocol to insure minimal company losses in customer returned merchandise. Generate and initiate processes for credit and/or exchange of defective product with over ninety different manufacturers. Incorporate the reliable history data base for tracking inventory from purchase order to vendor. Develop a MS Word, Outlook and Excel data base for electronic returns processing and internet access for all employees, clients and customers.
