Developed budgets and forecast monthly cost for all projects. Assigned projects and supervised Project Managers, Superintendents, and administrative personnel. Reinforced assignments and schedules to meet the Company’s expansion goals and fiscal plan. Directed the selection, bidding, and award processes for suppliers, subcontractors and General Contractors and enforced contract requirements. Developed and implemented time frames for design, permitting, construction, and fit-out for all projects. Developed and reviewed projected cost reports, maintained by the Project Managers, for all active projects. Scrutinized all change orders by focusing on the details of the current contract, design changes, and reasonable cost.
