Daily Duties at B.F. Saul Company:

I was recruited to oversee capital construction for this multimillion dollar retail developer compiling conceptual budgets / competitive bids including but not limited to: turnkey tenant improvement projects, tenant allowance projects and capital improvement projects. Coordinated the design and utility easement agreements with local utility companies. Worked with design professionals, for new and remodeling construction, to develop complete and accurate drawings necessary for permit and competitive bids to deliver an all inclusive completed project with minimal change orders.
