Authored and maintained the Q&A scripts, and the policies and procedures manual. Processed settlement of third party trades to institutional investors and their escrow agents. Audited partnership dividend distributions and approved investor payments. Maintained compliance in accordance with SEC Regulation 14D & 14E.
