Performed A/P & A/R functions; purchase order entry, invoicing, and inventory accounting. Processed monthly accruals; cost plus and percentage complete cost accounting, prepared checks, processed payroll and payroll liabilities including 940 & 941 reporting, reconciled bank and credit card statements, prepared depreciation and amortization schedules with associated journal entries and note payments. Processed and distributed W-2, W-4, W-9 and 1099 statements. Managed insurance policies; workman’s compensation, general liability, builders risk, employee health & life, and surety bonds. Processed 10-K & 10-Q reporting and worked with executive management to predict future cash flows and align future capital investments and improvements with company strategies.
