Responsible for an outside sales force of 110 and a sales management group consisting of 12 district managers and 3 regional directors serving 7 states. Along with a sales support group of 10 and a customer service group of 15, we were able to increase revenues from $350 million to over $375 million and grow EBITDA from $11.3 million to $14.9 million.
