Recruited by former FDIC-chairman. Created and implemented the thrift's first investment programs. Created RFP, interviewed and selected broker-dealer, created product offerings, hired non-commission based investment representatives, created training and marketing programs. Negotiated all contracts, drafted regulatory applications and achieved necessary approvals with no amendments to the program. Additionally, charged with evaluating and recommending changes for thrift's training department. Finally, served on committee to evaluate need for additional loan products and ways to make existing mortgage products more attractive to new clients.
