• Performed Human Resources duties for two Healthcare regional offices, 150+ employees and 50+ employees respectively. • Assisted employees with life insurance enrollment. • Conducted benefit orientations and assisted employees with benefit questions. • Assisted managers with performance appraisals; wrote policies, maintained employee handbooks and prepared weekly reports on regional activities to share with Director of Human Resources. • Addressed employee relations issues, performed exit interviews, investigated complaints/harassment charges, facilitated problem-solving meetings. • Performed disciplinary actions and counseled managers and employees. • Coordinated internal/external training classes and maintained job descriptions. • Created recruiting strategy to attract low wage hourly and middle to high salaried candidates. • Developed and implemented policies for regional offices. • Trained management and staff on Human Resources policies.
