Daily Duties at Daybreak Foods:
• Performed Human Resources duties for a 300+ Agriculture/Manufacturing Company. • Performed payroll functions for Agricultural plant personnel at multiple locations utilizing ADP/Payroll and ezLaborManager. • Recruited all hourly and salaried employees and tracked through Corporate HRIS system (HR/Perspective). • Processed Worker’s Compensation Claims along with maintaining records and files. • Implemented Company Safety Program by conducting monthly safety audits and training for Wisconsin. • Maintained Wisconsin OSHA 300 and reviewed all other OSHA logs. • Responsible for HR Monthly Summary Reports from all locations. • Developed various reports such as EEO-1, turnover statistics, safety statistics, etc. from ADP. • Responsible for training Agricultural plant personnel on Time Management, Leadership Development and communication skills. • Advised and instructed Management on Human Resource Practices. • Responsible for benefit Administration such as Healthcare, Dental, Life Insurance, FSA, 401k, vacation, paid time off, FMLA, etc. • Stand in Manager of Human Resource personnel and functions during the absence of Human Resources Director.
